Services: Housing and Meals

Housing

Various types of group housing arrangements are available:

  • Homestay
  • On-campus dormitory housing (available late June - Mid September only)
  • Off-campus dormitory housing (available June - August only)
  • Off-campus apartments (available for 3-month or longer programs)
  • Apartment-style, extended-stay hotel
  • Hotel-style rooms in University Place, PSU's new conference facility.

All housing options include housing/residence support staff, who are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.


Meals

Many meal/food options are available both on and off the PSU campus.

  • PSU has an on-campus, food-court style cafeteria.
  • Catered group meals can be arranged at PSU.
  • Many restaurants, coffee shops, food carts, and conveniences stores are located on or near the PSU campus.
  • Supermarkets are located within walking distance of campus and all housing options.

The International Special Programs Office can arrange the following meal options:

  • Weekly meal allowance
  • On- or off-campus catered group meals
  • PSU cafeteria meal tickets
  • Three meals a day included with homestay option
